    Jon Meyer is an Emeritus professor of psychiatry and psychoanalysis, Medical College of Wisconsin; past-president, American Psychoanalytic Association; and previous Erik Erikson Scholar-in-Residence, the Austen Riggs Center. Member, Center for Advanced Psychoanalytic Studies. Individual photographic images and portfolios, including psychoanalytically-informed portfolios, have been widely published and have been hosted by galleries in the US and Europe.

Critica is an inclusive and transdisciplinary publishing platform that focuses on offering a reflective and aesthetic space to consider social and cultural issues through a psychoanalytic and creative lens. It is also a forum for ideas at the intersection of psychoanalysis, creativity, philosophy, and the social sciences.
