    Dawn Shifreen-Pomerantz is an Artist, Poet, Psychoanalyst, Gourmet Chef and Gardener, She is on the Editorial Staff, a regular contributor and The Events Coordinator for Critica. She has had a number of one women shows locally and has had her work shown in various places around the US and abroad. Her poetry and essays have been published in Critica and before Critica in the PINC Newsletter.

Critica is an inclusive and transdisciplinary publishing platform that focuses on offering a reflective and aesthetic space to consider social and cultural issues through a psychoanalytic and creative lens. It is also a forum for ideas at the intersection of psychoanalysis, creativity, philosophy, and the social sciences.
