Christina Garidis, MA, LCSW

Christina Garidis, MA, LCSW is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist practicing in NYC with a background in clinical social work and psychology. She completed psychoanalytic supervised training at MITPP, with a specialization in child and adolescent psychoanalysis. Prior to psychotherapy, she published research in neurolinguistics at NYU/NKI examining the relationship between language and schizophrenia. She has been a board member of the Metropolitan Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists for eight years. Christina published the prose poem “Lack for Lack” in Psychoanalytic Perspectives (2021).
