Maureen A. Murphy, Ph.D.

Maureen Murphy, PhD. is the founding president of PINC. She is a Personal and Supervising Analyst, Faculty and the Co-Coordinator of PINC’s Distance Learning Program. Currently she serves on the CIPS and NAPsaC Boards. She teaches courses on contemporary psychosomatic concepts and on adult development and aging. She is the co-editor,with Terrence Mc Bride, of Trauma and the Destructive-Transformative Struggle: Clinical Perspectives. She maintains a private practice in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy in San Francisco.
