Christine Lorenz uses the tools of macro photography to create spaces for reflection on the common materials of our lived environment. She earned her MFA at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and BA at Ohio State University. She teaches the history of art and photography at Duquesne University and Point Park University. She lives in with her family in Pittsburgh, PA.
